At SpectraRidge Digital Solutions, we respect your privacy and provide you with full control over the personal data you share within the "Teacher Essentials" application. In strict compliance with Google Play Store policies regarding user data control, erasure transparency, and structural account deletion, this page outlines how you can easily request the permanent removal of your account and all associated records.

How to Request Data Deletion

Method 1: In-App Instant Deletion (Recommended)
1. Open the "Teacher Essentials" application on your mobile device.
2. Navigate to your profile settings either via the Profile tab in the bottom navigation bar or through the My Profile option in the side menu.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the profile interface and click on the red "DELETE ACCOUNT" button.
4. Confirm your choice through the system prompt. This automated action will immediately and permanently wipe your authentication profiles, administrative tokens, and active Mutual Transfer listings from our cloud database servers.

Method 2: Request via Official Email Support
If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account via the user interface, you can formally submit a deletion request by contacting us:

Our support team will verify your identity and manually purge all your server-side records within 7 business days.

Types of Data Processed for Deletion

Upon triggering a successful deletion request (either through the in-app Profile screen or via official email support), the following categories of information are permanently wiped from our secure servers:

Personal & Institutional Profile Records: Your registered Name, Designation, District, School Circle, and 11-digit UDISE Code.
Mutual Transfer Directory Data: Any active public listings or posts you initiated to locate transfer partners, including your professional requirements and verified contact number.
Authentication and System Tokens: Secure cloud authentication credentials and system tokens used to validate your secure login session.

Note on Local Data: Personal utility histories such as your Salary Calculator estimates, Pension & Gratuity Calculator records, GPF Ledgers, or Income Tax logs are processed and stored exclusively inside your local device storage. Clearing the application cache/data or uninstalling the app from your device will immediately delete this local data.

Please Note: Once your data is deleted from our cloud database, the process is completely irreversible and the data cannot be recovered. Any premium tier memberships, exclusive resources, or active subscription tokens tied to your unique user ID may become permanently inaccessible, as we will no longer retain any historical tracking records of your user account.
